For overseas purchases, we accept payment from all major credit cards via PayPal. PayPal processing fee of 4% + S$1.00 is applicable. Refer to FAQ for more details.
You will receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours after we receive your order form. This order confirmation will indicate the payment details. Please wait for this order confirmation email before making any payment because we need to check our stock to make sure that your order is still available. All orders are subject to First Come First Serve basis.
You are required to make payment within 24 hours upon after we send out the order confirmation email. Please inform us once payment is done.
You will receive a payment confirmation email from us within 24 hours upon our receipt/verification of your payment. We will indicate when your items will be ready for shipping in this email. Please understand that customised items will take a longer time to be ready than our in-stock kidswear. Refer to FAQ for more details.
Once your items are ready, we will mail them to you. You shall be notified via email once your items are mailed out.
We will NOT be responsible for any lost parcel via normal mail but please be rest assured that we handle every item with care. Local normail mails are highly safe so not to worry about that!
For customers who opt for registered mail, please top up an additional S$2.24. We will email you the Registered Article (RA) Number of the registered mail. You can use this number to check the status of your mail via http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp.
We use postal services provided by SingPost for ALL overseas mails.
We will advise you of the shipping cost in the order confirmation email. Shipping costs vary for different countries.

No cancellation of order is allowed once payment has been made. Refund will not be given for cancellation of orders.

For local purchases, an exchange or return can be requested if
- we deliver the wrong merchandise.
- we deliver the wrong size/colour.
- merchandise is defective upon delivery.

Merchandise must be returned to us in their original packaging and must be unworn, unwashed & in good condition. The postage cost shall be borne by us.
An exchange or return request will only be effective if the request is submitted within 5 days from receipt.
Refunds & exchanges are subject to our approval.

Contact information from order/contact forms is used for sending order details and information to customers of our store only. The contact information is also used to get in touch with our customers when necessary.
