Frequently Asked Questions


1) Can I order through phone?

    We regret to inform that we only accept orders via email using our Order Form.

2) Can I enjoy any discount if I purchase many items?
     We do not offer discounts unless otherwise stated. You may wish to check out Promotions for any      sales, discounts or freebies.

3) Can self-collection of goods be arranged?
     We regret to inform that we do not arrange meet-ups, hence self-collection of goods is not      possible.

4) When will I receive my goods?
     Upon receipt/verification of your payment, we will start to process your order. Please understand      that we need some time to handmake our customized items. The time frame required will depend on      the number of orders for customized items we have in hand at the point of time.

     Nevertheless, we will try to mail out your customized items within one week upon the      receipt/verification of your payment. We will inform you of the required time frame in the order      confirmation email.

     For orders of our kidswear, we will mail out your items within 3 working days upon the      receipt/verification of your payment.

     You shall be notified via email once your items are mailed out.

5) What if my parcel is too big to fit into my mailbox?
     All registered mails are delivered to your doorstep. Non-standard sized normal mails that cannot      fit into your mailbox will also be delivered to your doorstep as well (this usually takes additional 1      to 2 days). If nobody is at home, you will receive a notice to collect your parcel at the nearest      SingPost office.

6) Will any of the colours in your Colour Chart be out of stock?
     Yes, there is a possibilty. If a colour is temporarily out of stock, we will indicate "Temporarily      Out Of Stock" on the colour in our Colour Chart. However, we always try to keep as much wool stock
     as possible. Some colours are higher in demand so they tend to run out more easily.

7) What are factory overstocks? Are such items authentic?
     Some of our kidswear are factory overstocks, cancelled orders, shelf pull-outs or delayed shipments.      These items are authentic and are purchased directly from factories authorized to manufacture for      the brands. They usually manufacture the items in excess of the actual quantity ordered. Any clothes      that are not sold to full-priced retailers are then sold at a discount to factory outlets or closeout      stores.

     Sometimes, the factories may be required to remove or snip off the brand tags/labels partially or      deface them to differentiate these factory overstock items from those that are sold in the full-priced      retail stores. Such tags will be indicated clearly in our item descriptions.

     Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to find out whether the item you are      interested in is a factory overstock item.

8) When will new products be launched?
     We do not have a fixed timing to launch our new products. Please check back our store for updates as      regularly as you can. We try to launch new items regularly. You may wish to join our mailing list or      add us on Facebook or Twitter so that you can receive news of our new products, promotions &      updates.

9) I sent you an enquiry email but I never received a response. What should I do?
     We take pride in our superior customer service. We try to answer every email within 24-48      hours. Please make sure to provide correct email addresses so that you can be reached. Also,      sometimes our responses are marked as spam and sent to your junk mailbox, so please check your      junk mailbox before contacting us again.

10) I am an overseas customer but I do not have a PayPal account yet. How can I sign up for     one?

      PayPal is an instant, safe and secured way of payment without revealing to us your financial       information.

      If you have a debit/credit card, you may proceed to register for a ‘Personal’ account at PayPal.       Simply fill in your information and the details of the debit/credit card that you wish to use.

      Just a note: If you are prompted to verify your credit card, you do not need to take the trouble       to verify if you only do occasional online shopping.

11) I am an overseas customer but I have neither a PayPal account nor a credit card. Are     there alternative ways for me to make payment?
      If you do not have a debit/credit card, you can transfer funds to us through Telegraphic Transfer       (T/T) to our bank account. However, our local bank would charge us an additional S$10.00 which you       have to bear.
